Sirdar Holdings – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought 2 x 200 g balls of Sirdar Snuggly Yarn - Sweetie. Halfway through knitting the blanket there were knots joining the yarn, spoiling the look of the article. When I contacted Sirdar direct they said that they allowed 3 knots per ball. They should inform the customer of this on the sleeve of the ball.

I placed an order on 17 January R940347824. Not received by 25 January, so I sent a message asking if it had been shipped. Reply received 27 January - not shipped as they didn't have it in stock so 'under the circumstances we'll refund you'. If I had not enquired, I wonder how long they would have left not informing me/refund. I won't be buying from them again.

Order delivered covered in a perfume/oil and re wrapped in black plastic. Bought on Black Friday deal so can’t purchase same again, received a postage label for Royal Mail even though original post was Evri home delivery. Correspondence was nil just a label to post. Would not buy from Sirdar direct again very poor customer service

I ordered through the sirdar site and then checked reviews after. Glad I did as I can honestly say I am VERY impressed with their service and that is not reflected in the feedback on here. I understand people have bad experiences but thankfully mine is a positive one. I ordered on Sunday and have received my order today, well packaged and really good quality wool.

I contacted Sirdar to find a pattern. They sent it to me immediately fantastic customer service.Would recommend them highly.
