Simply Good Stuff – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Should have read the reviews. Ordered item that was never shipped. Will be going to my bank on Monday to have charges reversed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SHELL NAME WITH NO PRODUCTS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If I could give half a star, I would. Ordered on 3/16/23 with upgraded postage to receive the item quickly for an event. I never received a confirmation email. Sent a request for information. I connected the order to my account, which still says processing on 4/2/23. Call and their hours are 11-6, so I just kept redialing and redialing incessantly, and no answer nor voicemail. Emailed all the emails. No answer. TOTAL SCAM. I am going to attempt to get the transaction canceled with my credit card.

Item was fine actually. However company took 3 months to deliver. I had to call actually to find out about my order and cancelled it. Then they finally shipped it after cancelling and now I can't get them to pay to take it back. One long email after another with excuses. Horrible service and communications so far.

I ordered micro fiber gloves to clean my blinds the order was delayed but not for long as I wasn’t in a hurry to receive them and it was understood that it might be delayed due to the Coronavirus and I was patient. I received them and am totally satisfied- thank you simplygoodstuff

I ordered something over a week ago, I've emailed them and tried to call. With no response from them. Its more like simply good stuff take your money and get nothing!!! There a scam company. Then set up an account and they wanted my tax id#!!! Really who EVER asks for that!!! Buyer beware
