They take your money for an order and it was meant to be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Here we are on week 7 with no information and no update you have to follow up and just get an automated email while they continue to drop other collections. Terrible.

I’m sorry what… the quality of these clothes are booty and meant for girls that are 2 pounds. Not to mention she only gets these clothe items for a few dollars each from her manufacturer then flips them for $100+ (basically we paid for her one case of that item) when the quality is absolutely crap. Worst clothes ever. The jeans are horrible, thin, crap quality, and meant for 2 pound girls. And I’m a size small 125 pounds and these are just crap pants. Who the he’ll prices their fake leather that’s horrible quality for $100+…….. do better Danielle & stop stealing other small designers/businesses owners ideas and clothes they designed.

I love we wore what, from their clothes, to quality, and design. But I HATE their customer service team. It takes them WEEKS to ship and process anything, of which they will NEVER change the speed of shipping, address, or issue a refund even after a month. When it finally gets around to shipping, about 2 months after you place your order - everything is out of stock, but don't worry!! they won't refund you for this stuff!! they'll just give you a 25% OFF credit for FUTURE PURCHASES that don't work. Trust me, this same process has happened to me on 3 different orders, and I've received 3 different codes that don't work. I want to love their designs and brands, but honestly, they might be one of the worst companies to deal with. I don't think they or Danielle even care about their customers at this point.

Returning customer for awhile now and the website never publishes my reviews... there’s some good quality items and some terrible fits for my body type... you just can’t trust her own website reviews. I’ve checked weeks later as well, while other reviews were published, I never saw mine. I’ll usually check out revolve or somewhere else first. Love her but that’s really shady in my opinion. Just publish all reviews if your an honest company like she says. Makes no sense /:

First of all, every single time (so at least 4 times) I have ordered from directly from the website-on launch day or otherwise-I get an email later saying something I ordered is not available. It’s almost like they send free clothes to every influencer, but don’t care about their actual paying customers. The prints are always so unique that I cave and buy the item, only to be disappointed every single time by the cheap quality and off fit. I’ve been so patient but I really feel like people need to be aware to NOT order directly from the website or simply to not order anything at all . If you really want something-wait to order it until it’s available at Revolve or Shopbop because more than half the time the fit probably will be horrible so you’ll have to return it and pay the WWW restocking fee! I love to support small businesses by online shopping and have never come across one so horribly run. If she didn’t have millions of followers, this brand wouldn’t have made it past its first launch.
