I ordered these sandals which I thought were beautiful and which I thought would be perfect for the occasion. Unfortunately I needed to return them bc I failed to check the heel height so when they arrived the heel was higher than I wanted it to be. I reached out to them and they tried to work with me to see if there was anything they could do to make sure I had a positive resolution and happy customer. They gave me several options to make it right. I received a great customer service experience and positive outcome.
