Order placed and got approved email and after 10 days of no shipping I checked status online. My order was on backorder with no available date, this was a Christmas present. I called customer service and explained I haven’t even received an email of my order being on backorder and she said no we don’t notify you it should have told me when I checked out. It was in stock when I purchased I have a screen shot to prove no backorder notice, I had to cancel my order and now hurry to find another pair before Christmas. I understand items being out of stock but customer service should have notified me.
Would have given a 0 if I could. I made a purchase for a pair of boots on line in late December. About a week later I received an e-mail stating that the order was cancelled. I then purchased a different pair of boots elsewhere. About a week after that I received an e-mail from Shoeline stating that my order shipped! I called Shoeline and expressed my dissatisfaction and they couldn't have possibly cared less. All they offered was to allow me to return the shoes, which means I am then stuck with the pair I liked less. Not only is it a bad customer experience, but it is illegal to ship an order after you cancel it. Will never buy from them again.
