Their shipping is fast, and they provide good communication and tracking information. I have never needed help from customer service, so I can't speak to how smoothly that goes.

Customer service was really nice and helpful when I had a question. Items arrived fast, and I got an email update the minute it arrived. Items were functional and I'd definitely shop there again. Also very discreet, excluding emails.

I’ve ordered from this site before and they were very fast in delivery. The only drawback is it shows a DHL delivery which is actually USPS. Depends on your area for delivery, My delivery area is in the Midwest USA DHL is pretty much nonexistent anymore.
