I would shop at Serious Puzzles again because they have so many jigsaw puzzles and shipping was fast. I had a missing piece of my puzzle and they offered to give me a new puzzle or credit for a different puzzle. I thought this was fair. The customer service person I talked to was nice with trying to work with me.

My husband and I are serious puzzle fans. We recently finished "Great Blue Heron" only to find that one piece was missing.
