I bought a whole genome test through an other company. But I have never received the results (more than 1 year has past). Because of this experience I was skeptical whether Sequencing.com would be better. But I gave this company a chance because of a personal recommendation and good reviews on trustpilot. And I was not disappointed. Customers service have been very helpful in how to return the sample from EU. The result came before the deadline. I could follow every step in the process. I ordered the whole genome sequencing and was very impressed by the collection process. The collection box promptly arrived to my house and was very simple to use. I sent my sample in and was delighted to receive constant updates about the processing timeline over the next few weeks. My genome was expediently processed and the results were very easy to access. I love the reports included and enjoy using the genome processer to explore my genome for variants. I also like the monthly membership that updates results for variants based on current scientific knowledge. Overall 10/10 and would do it again!

Very detailed and informative. They keep you up to date throughout the entire process. Considering how much information is given the time for results is adequate. It helps tremendously knowing where you are in the process. I highly recommend this test.
