Sent roses to my sister and she said they arrived early afternoon (right on time) and they are beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the order and ease in ordering. And they were on sale so I was especially pleased. Will definitely use them again!

I ordered a Bouquet for my friend in NC (i‘m from germany) and was kinda shocked after i read the reviews but i was pleasantly surprised! The flowers arrived the next day around 11am and the Bouquet looked beautiful. Payment was easily done with Paypal. I‘m happy and so is my friend!

This is my second time ordering from SendFlowers and I was very impressed with the customer service I received from them. I mistakenly gave the wrong address when I ordered online but I received an email correspondence when my flowers were not able to be delivered. I was given several options to resolve the problem and I chose to resend them a few days later. I appreciated the updates and sincere apologies throughout the process. I received an email when the flowers were delivered and my friend loved the beautiful arrangement and lovely flowers! I will definitely be using their service again!

I ordered the “Best Value/Florists Design” bouquet for Mothers Day and my mom received them the next day as promised. She loved the beautiful arrangement of the flowers and the darling jar with lid it was arranged in!
