job was done quickly and efficently the person fitting them was called JIM. he took time to explain how to operate my new shutter blind. he was pleasant ad very helpful. first class job.

Had previous blind companys come out to quote for blinds for 6 windows and a patio door and got a quotes from 600 - 900. Slect done the job for roughly 370 and we got all blackout and instal. Sales person had a book for us to choose from and was super helpful. Asked for install on a date but had to change it with a days notice which was totally fine. Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to a few people now

Update: Changed from 3 star to 4 stars. 5 stars for quality but 3 stars for customer service. I did respond to their Trustpilot message but that did not get me anywhere. However, a wonderful surprise. My blinds were delivered. It was showing as just one blind on the way but suddenly without notice they were all delivered on 20 August. They arrived at a delivery company 2 hours away and it took them almost 3 weeks to deliver. A shame since they were clearly manufactured quickly. No update from the company itself after 3 chats and a promise to update me. All 9 blinds are once again very well made within just over 30 days which is good. Just a pity their customer service is poor and being dealt with in the Philippines. I will order from them again. Original review - Nice blinds for a good price but delivery time is incredibly long. Placed the order on 17 July. One blind was shown as shipped on 2 August. Estimated delivery date through ESTES is between 19 and 23 August. I only found this information by searching online. On their website the tracking number does not work. I contacted them via chat. They apologized and promised to look into it but no response other than a request for feedback when the request has been taken care of. The other blinds have not even started production yet. I really like the blinds but am not willing to wait for another couple of months so will look into cancelling.

I chose Select Blinds because the reviews were so positive. They also advertised that they were easy to install, and they were. Shauna, the designer/sales rep was an incredible help in measuring and in picking the right product. She responded quickly and gave me a great price! My 9 blinds arrived in 6 business days too. I had to cancel my order. I think they should be more transparent on the estimated shipping dates and delivery dates. They stated estimated shipping date is 6-8 business days. They should have the tech to tell you the exact date. Or better yet tell you the estimated delivery date. After I called it was probably going to be 30 days before my blinds would be delivered. Had to cancel. I'm disappointed.
