Great product, great prices...

I ordered a Newton's Cradle for my grandson's birthday (he had asked for one). Scientifics delivered even faster than advertised. A week earlier I had ordered the same item from AMAZON. It arrived broken and with a missing base. Whenever I want to order science-based toys I will go directly to Scientifics.

The product is for my Grand Son and very well done.I can recommend it.The product is excellent Somehow they managed to use Fedex for shipment. PLEASE Scientifics, never again. The apartment number was typed into the first line, truncated, and caused a great deal of confusion with the limited mental powers of Fedex Drivers and Fedex Dispatch. It only took staying home 3 days for NO reason to fix. UPS, and even USPS do better.

Scientifics has useful and fun projects for people of all ages. Some activities are quick while others take a while, depending on your time limit. I'm a therapist so usually need an activity which can be completed within 30 minutes. In addition, it really helps if the activity is low cost so that it can be used with multiple clients.

I love the products Scientifics Online offers. I purchased Christmas gifts from them this year for ages ranging from 7 to 70, quite literally. I do think they could use a better carrier than FedEx for deliveries. Scientifics is located in Tonawanda, NY and I'm in Rochester, NY. That's a maximum of an hour and a half drive. I ordered an item on 09/17 which arrived in West Henrietta, a suburb of Rochester on 09/19. I received it this morning 09/28. It makes no sense. So I guess the company itself should get 5 stars, but I find their delivery vehicle lacking.
