Buyer beware. Flaghouse was recently purchased by School Specialty. I placed an order a month ago. No idea when it's coming. I sent multiple requests via email. No response. I tried calling...the first 3 times the prompts lead to me being hung up on! I finally got someone on the line from School Specialty. They have no record of the order, asked for my patience, and will get back to me when they can! Amazing! I can't even cancel the order! So they have my money and no record of any order as they are wading through backlogs. FYI, I may have to go to my bank to cancel and get my funds back. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.

Ordered supplies in September 2022. Part of the order was not shipped until late November 2022. Box was damaged, and the packing slip did not list my name. Front office contacted customer service to determine the recipient. I was notified the end of February that my item had arrived earlier, but was damaged. Due to the time spent trying to determine who the supplies were for, customer service will not replace the broken item. Lack of customer service from the beginning of the process.

This company is a nightmare. Ordered pens in JUNE of 2022, they didn't ship until DECEMBER despite them promising they'd be ready any minute, and I was double charged with zero resolution. Horrible, would only recommend to my worst enemy.

Very pleased. I was hesitant to order from this company because there were so many bad reviews on-line, but I was pleasantly surprised. It took a few days longer to receive than I expected, but their customer service center was extremely easy to get in contact with, easy to talk with, and informative and helpful. The products I ordered arrived within a reasonable amount of time, and the order was correct and of good quality. They offer very affordable prices on school supplies. I was able to get three quality zippered binders for less than what I would have paid for one at a retail store. I would definitely use this company again based on the good experience that I've had.

I was very leery to order from this site as there are a number of negative reviews listed here, however, I am glad I did take a chance and ordered anyway. I ordered a tempered glass floor mat on 4/23/2019 and got it on 4/25/2019 mainly b/c it shipped from SLC and I am in St. George only 4+- hours away. I was expecting at least 2 weeks by the complains listed so I was floored when the freight truck rolled up at noon today with the order. Either way, I would not judge the quality of this business based solely on the negative reviews of it on this site.
