Hi, I just want say I couldn't THANK ENOUGH to a lovely lady named Ola ( Westfield, Ariel Way, London) who helped me with my problem on my flight day!! I forgot my code on the locker and couldn't open my suitcase. I contacted the store and she kindly and very professionally explained everything to me how do it also sent details plus video link on WhatsApp. I couldn't do it at that time as I was stressed to be on time in the airport. Then I called her again from the airport and she even sent me detailed video/ pictures pointed what to do and I managed to opened my suitcase!! Samsonite is very lucky to have her in their team! I would give here not 5 but 10stars!! She helped me tremendously! Thank you again Olka! Katarína

Purchase a wooden umbrella from them recently and absolutely love it! It’s worked well and even if it breaks it’s cost efficient enough to replace Always found good value for money Have also got a leather briefcase from samsonite india. Very disappointed that I can’t get anything like that in the U.K.

So coming back from holiday last year, I bumped my Samsonite case down the stairs in the airport. Unfortunately, in the process lost a wheel. Totally my own fault. With a one wheel suitcase, my thoughts were I had only one option.. to buy a new case. In desperation, I contacted Samsonite and registered on the website for spares and repair. They offered a simple instruction to check the serial number on the label inside the case and quote it. Lo and behold, the image of my exact wheels came up! It asked which wheel (left or right) I needed. Also the purchase date, which was two years previous. Straight away it processed my request and created a dispatch note. Expecting a charge which I would’ve gladly paid. Samsonite dispatched my wheel free of charge and it arrived within a week. Can’t say how grateful I am to the Samsonite repair & service team. Er was een defect opgetreden aan onze koffer van Samsonite (Spinner, aangekocht in 2017), meer bepaald een vijs die was afgebroken bij de aanhechting aan de rits. Na vlot contact met de klantendienst en gebruikmakend van de online tool voor reparaties hebben we onze koffer gratis via UPS verzonden voor herstelling. Binnen de week ontvingen we onze koffer terug, netjes hersteld en dit volledig kosteloos. We zijn heel tevreden over deze zeer vlotte en correcte oplossing! Door deze positieve ervaring zijn we nog meer fan van Samsonite ;) Een dikke merci!
