Ordered Zildjian Cymbal set from Westminster, Ca. store. Never contacted when it arrived. Had to drive there to check. Was promised a gift certificate and never received it. Emailed to enquire about using the gift cert. on another purchase and no answer. Won't deal with them again with such poor regard for customers.

Ordered a microphone, stayed in processing status for 5 days, charged my credit card then emailed that the product was out of stock. No attempt at customer service. Lousy way to do business. Stick with GC or Sweetwater.

Purchased what I though was a brand new $2,500 e kit. Order #2001423828. After being ignored for a week and hung up on by Bobby I call the store that was shipping my kit in FL., The guy there said it was a floor model with a hi hat issues and some one should have informed me. Samash.com was going to sell me a used beat up kit with issues for full price. I'll never ever shop there again.

I made a purchase, order # 2001367216 on Dec 23 last year. Normally the generally accepted timeline to ship is 3 business days max. Seven (7) days later I get a notice that it had shipped but I know better and I followed the tracking number they gave to find "USPS awaiting pkg." In contacting them by eMail I got no reply. On the twelfth day I called cust. serv. and told the guy to cancel the order and refund my $$, $32.99. He said the funds would show in my PayPal acct. Not trusting them, On Jan 06 I checked USPS and found no evidence of any pkg. there, so I called again and received exactly the same "oh don't worry" routine, that he was going to straighten all this out and would contact me with a confirmation eMail. The eMail he sent was that he was trying to "contact the store"? This was the second time I had told them to cancel the order and refund the $$, so I sicked PayPal on them. They'll get the money out of them.
