Sainsbury's UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I recently attempted to buy a delivery pass and although the money was taken from my bank, the sale didn't register at Sainsbury's end. The customer service team resolved this promptly and refunded me the delivery charge of an order I'd placed in the meantime. A great service.

I have just been on live chat with Manerva x she was very nice and very very helpful x i will come back and review this if and when the problem is resolved x i was on chat with one of her colleagues x his name was something like Hupit before Manera and he wasn't helpful at all xx

Home delivery staff from Exeter are consistently lovely…very helpful, considerate and kind.

Chesterfield branch. Visit weekly the store is easy to locate food items upon the shelves as it's well organized and well stocked.
