I had a warranty issue after 8 months of wearing the shoes and Running Warehouse replaced them immediately with a new pair. Quick and easy= excellent service!

Habe zwei Paar Asics Schuhe gefunden und war anfangs skeptisch wegen der teilweise schlechten Bewertungen. Schuhe am Samstag bestellt und per PayPal bezahlt. Bis Montag Abend keine Bestätigung über die Bestellung erhalten. Habe dort angerufen und sehr freundlicher Service hat mitgeteilt, dass die Ware schon versandt wurde. Bereits am Dienstag genau wie bestellt eingetroffen. Kann runningwarehouse somit nur empfehlen.

i LOVE running warehouse. The deals, free and fast shipping (as a US resident), and free 90 day returns are unbeatable. I've been a customer for about 3 years now and they've always shipped my items safely and efficiently. It has allowed me, as an average but enthusiastic runner, to obtain gear that elevates my running experience without breaking the bank-- especially with the insane price of shoes these days. I still have yet to pay full price for a pair of running shoes from RW, though I'm the type who waits for last season's shoes to go on sale. Their returns are slower than many other companies but they do say to allow 10 business days for processing and with how easy the returns are (they give you a return form AND shipping label sticker in the package) I really can't even complain. And the one time I did reach out to customer service with a concern about my return they were quick to respond and provided me with all the necessary info.
