09/03/2023 poor customer services-do not expect to return as they refuse even when evidence of defect lots of emails and pictures- said initially said pictures not good enough further pix in high resolution finally they said defect was not present and refused to engage any further i offered to return goods, not allowed refund not given do not buy from this company

I don't understand what the other reviewers are stating. Their comments are a 180 from my experience. Ron Dorff sells quality products, I have bought quite a few t shirts and they are still in the same shape after several aggressive wash and dry cycles. They are not up with alpha industries but not far off. Their after shave is mega and cashmere jumpers beautiful...due to the quality of their products they have me for life! The previous reviewers must be competitors - they are way off the mark

I totally disagree with these bad reviews on here! On the contrary, I've only had good experiences with Ron Dorff! The customer service was top, was very well informed about all steps and even in German! Received super good, high quality goods! And the return worked very well without any problems! So I will order there again!

Always love both the service and the quality of the clothing. Top notch stuff and whenever I have had a question they have been on top of their game and super helpful and responsive.
