Appalling attitude to customers. Senbd a 40% increase through and when they are challenged the agent has no idea how to handle an irate customer. Contract cancelled.

De deurbel knop had beschadigingen en leek af te brokkelen. 1 telefoontje naar de klantenservice, tijdens het bellen een foto doorsturen en het apparaat werd omgeruild. De volgende dag al hadden we een nieuwere versie deurbel. Al met al zeer tevreden over de service.

I have to counteract the negative reviews. We've had a couple of problems with our Ring doorbell but each time we've contacted Ring the problem has been resolved quickly and efficiently, and most of the time it works perfectly.

After reading so many bad reviews I’m going to write a fairly good review! This Ring was already installed when I moved into this house (I’m in the UK) to be fair I’ve not really had any issues with it apart from a couple of times it couldn’t connect but that didn’t last long and I’d like to tailor the area where the motion is detected as it goes off too many times when someone walks passed when it is sunny. The Ring picks up their shadow as they walk passed so this will be a bit annoying in the summer time. I’ve tried to reduce the area but can only do so much without it affecting where the detection area is. Apart from that I’m happy with it, I’ve bought a couple of things from Ring, black cover and extra battery, and they have been really quick to arrive! :)
