My order number RS18531. I purchases this camera April 3 and paid for overnight delivery. The camera I received had outdate software that created problems with the functioning and recording of the camera. This problem was known to Rexing because it was addresses in their webpage. The instructions of the update did not work for this camera. I contacted customer service. They never answer the phone, and took them 4 days to respond to my email. When they responded they offered a different solution that worked for a day they the camera stated not working properly again. I contacted customer service and it took 3 days again to respond. They asked me to take video of the problem and a photo of the serial number and they would send a new camera. I did what they asked and they responded 4 days latter. They now said we send a return label we are going to attempt to repair the camera and we can’t repair it we will send you a replacement. This is just ridiculous. Keep in mind that if they check my address we have purchased 7 of their cameras and all 5 of my vehicles have their cameras. I had it with Rexing customer service. I like to return the item and never buy another of their cameras. Their cameras are good . I know everyone will have occasional problems but their customer service is beyond repair. I am very frustrated with this guy Wilson Pena

This camera is a piece of junk. It is the third one to go faulty and getting Rexing to do something about it is impossible. DON'T BUY ONE!!!!

All i wanted was respones to a question- they just ignore you, they take the money & run caveat emptor

Purchased this a while back and its still under warranty. It all of a suddent stopped working and I contacted support which took two days to get back to me. By the way Covid is over in China and they still say that their call centre is only email only becuase of the pandemic. I dialled their number and it was dead and the live chat is a waste of time as it just asks you to email in. After about 7 emails I am still waiting for my returns label and I gave up in the end. I registered the warranty so they know its on the system and they are still asking for invoices order numbers and serila numbers all of which you have to enter in the warranty registration. I got an email asking for the invoice, I supplied that then i got an email requeting the serial number which I had initially sent in my first email in order to speed things up. I eventually contacted Amazon and they agreed to send me a refund. I also have dashcams from Viofo and Vantrue and can honestly say Viofo were chasing me when I delayhed sending them info they requested. Dont waste your time and money. The camera was overpriced and the quality was ok but the customer support is the worst I have ever seen. stay well away from anything to do with Rexing.
