Terrible customer service. Unresponsive via email and phone number for customer service does not work. At this point I just want my refund.

I purchased a High Fidelity Bluetooth Record Player with Built-in Speakers & Magnetic Cartridge R517 unit that simply didn't work - no power running through the unit and it doesn't switch on. I am trying to facilitate a return and refund but the Retrolife customer support phone ((413) 570-0777) is disconnected and they are unresponsive on email. Their online terms and conditions are also contradictory as they state they will refund for faulty goods and pay for shipping returns but then state that customer is responsible for all shipping return costs no matter what.

My order was delayed during shipment a couple times in different locations along the way, and ultimately stalled somewhere in Ohio. Very aggravating. I previously posted a negative review. However, upon reporting the issue to Retrolife they made good on their word and looked into it, to find that it was lost in transit. They offered a refund or to resend a replacement at no charge. I chose the replacement and they shipped it immediately and it arrived within a few days. Thanks for looking into this issue and resolving it quickly. I truly appreciate it.

It's a good looking turntable. Could not get any sound when I hooked it up to my stereo. Asked company for help and was disappointed. First talk to their robot which is a useless conversation. Wrote in for help but they were late. Watched a video and found out I only had to flip the switch on the back from phone to line. Came very close to sending the whole thing back. Coul have avoided all the frustration with a timely reply from the company. My experience took the shine off having a new turntable.

Everything about this was awesome! Packaging, customer service, delivery time - JUST AMAZING. You guys are great, and I will be purchasing from here again.
