I Also bought a multi TV channel stick from Rehabe which arrived approximately a week later in a small brown envelope and wrapped in bubble wrap. Inside was just a small plastic HDMI stick approximately 25mm across and 35mm in length With no paperwork, receipt or instructions. I paid £23 for it and now I see that they have taken another £40 I have contacted my bank. "Beware before you purchase"

A total SCAM! The website stated delivery in 24-48 hours from London. In reality they give you a useless tracking number of delivery from China.Nearly a month on still nothing.The customer service is atrocious to virtually non existent. My credit card company had to intervene to get my money back. BEWARE!!!!!!

Ordered 2 minute kinetic heaters. Delivered in decent time but no paperwork or returns policy. No instructions , small pieces of plastic. Useless. Very disappointed.

They advised the the product is made and shipped from London. Again illegaly advertising false information. Falsely advertising your order will arrive within 48 hours from London, when it's actually sent from China and their is no customer services. We are 100% covered by law to get our money back. Please do report this to action fraud so we can stop this happening to others.
