The manager, Brittney Berry, and our waiter, Anthony, were excellent. we had an issue with obtaining loyalty points due to an internal computer issue on Red Robbins website. Brittney handled it in a professional and effective manner. Both Brittany and Anthony bring warmth and caring to the table. It initiates a very postivie experience. In addition, the woman that first greeted us was also courteous and accommodating. We had requesteda booth and she immediately got one ready. All in All the Red Robin on Palm beach Lakes BLVD, wpb was super. Every time we have gone to that restaurant, we found everyone to be friendly, accommodating and competent..
Since I go there once a week everyone knows me. The manager will come and sit at my table and talk to me. The servers all know what I want to order and even when they are busy they make sure I have my refills quickly.
4 January 2023 Store: 1919 Star Drive, Liberty, MO. 64068 KUDOs to the professional men and women on staff at the above restaurant. I wish to commend our server, Lacie, whom provided my wife and I excellent service. Lacie’s timing in table customer support was great. Best of all, Lacie never addressed us as “Guys.” Being senior citizens, we take offense to this behavior. I was confronted with medical emergency (uncontrolled diarrhea) in the men’s restroom. A side effect of Cancer Radiation Therapy. Red Robin’s savior, TORY, came to my recue. After checking on my status he relayed a message to my wife that I needed my change of clothes bag. He provided excellent customer support and said he would sanitize the handicapped stall after we cleaned up. Tory was a God Send. I missed having one nearby for so long and just moved to the city and was really looking forward to finally eating red robin frequently again. A lot of the menu has changed unfortunately...but it's still okay food..just not near as good as it used to be. Oh well guess that's just how everything goes now days.
We went here for my mother's birthday today amd the service amd food were great. They were very helpful. We will definitely be coming back
