You may see some lower ranking reviews here, but as a customer of Rebel for 10 years, I can say I have been here while this company has expanded and recently undergone some technical upgrades which were laborious. Everything is working well here. The customer service is great and tech support has been exceedingly patient and informative, even after- hours! I don't know how anyone with half a brain could give these guys anything but 5 stars they have not only helped me with issues that I caused in the past and could have simply said we don't cover that or charged me instead they stepped up took the time to help me get what I broke fixed and also have taken good care of my site since I let them handle it. I would say they have the BEST customer service, the BEST prices, the BEST communication and this is what is most important in my books. Getting a response when your site has issues quickly having someone working with you trouble shooting and having it back up and running and quickly as possible! I would give them 5/5 from 2017 to Present FYI 1 Time maybe of down time in those years and not even positive it wasn't my ISP. These guys/gals have always gone over and above for me IMO!
