Purchased 2 bags that were on sale 1.5 weeks ago, first time buying from this brand. I checked the reviews only after I had ordered and was worried by what I had read. But I have to be honest and say that I had no issues at all. Received a confirmation email first then an email to say my bags had been shipped a week later with an expected delivery on 9th May. I am in the UK so expected to wait on delivery. My bags actually arrived today and are in good condition so I am happy with the service I received. Maybe I just got lucky as there are many horror stories on here but I thought as my experience was good I should say so.

My actual experience with RM has been more than satisfactory. It was pleasant. SHIPPING The website took 1 week to ship my order (credit card transaction took a while to be accepted) but my order was shipped right after they accepted payment. TRACKING Between shipment and delivery, order status could easily be viewed on borderfree.com, and you can click on the tracking number in blue which takes you to the aramex website for more granular details on your package location. RESPONSIVENESS I checked in with customercare@rebeccaminkoff[dot.com] several times during the process and they responded to all my emails within 3-4 working days. UPFRONT SHIPPING & TAX CHARGES Had to pay for shipping and taxes but these fees were calculated and charged upfront when I made the purchase on the website) I knew what I was getting into. NO EXTRA CHARGES UPON DELIVERY No additional fees were charged upon delivery. WARRANTY All items come with a 1-year warranty. BAG QUALITY Really good quality for the money, they age so well. I’ve had my mini macs since 2012 when i was still a uni student and they still hold up. no visible scratches even after stadium events Even though their bags are marketed as “genuine leather” which is technically the lowest quality of all products made out of real leather. Her bags are tougher and age better than mansur gavriel. No baby-ing needed. To get an indication of the wear and tear you can expect from it, search facebook marketplace, poshmark, ebay for heavily used RM items and compare them to heavily used mansur gavriel, balenciaga, proenza schouler items. they hold up much better in comparison. OTHER COMMENTS It will be a shame if the negative service reviews discouraged people from buying her bags because they are edgy but also very functionally made.

I bought a skirt from this brand recently which arrived quickly and lived up to expectations. The cut is very simple and the fabric is polyester, but I love the pattern.

Update: 12/15/19 From 1 star to 4 stars rating Yesterday, Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, I finally received the shoes that I ordered. It is worth the wait indeed! It's new, no damage, no dents whatsoever. I won't be giving a full 5-Star because of the many way I had to contact them to get answers. They respond, but not as quickly as you want them to respond. You get your answers hours later. And, the shipping date changed on me a few times. I believe that they really need to work on their Customer Support. They must have a 24/7 Customer Service to answer questions, whether on the phone or chat. Because nothing is more annoying when you call the number and no one is available and when you e-mail them and receive a response saying that they will get back to you in 2-5 days. I am not sure if I would order from them again though. If things change, may be. Update: Friday, 12/13/19 I am really hoping that this disappointment of mine with Rebecca Minkoff will change when I finally receive the item I ordered. The delivery date has changed from the 12th of Dec. to the 13th and now the 14th. I hope that this is really worth the wait. Not changing the rating for now at least. Update: Thursday, 12/12/19 Shipping changed from today to tomorrow the 13th of December, Friday. I have received several responses after I sent them messages on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Update, today, Wed. 12/11/19 Today I received an e-mail saying that my order has been shipped and I will be getting it on the 12th, Thursday. Although it is early for me to say something, I just feel that there is something wrong with my order. I ordered the item on Dec. 4, 2019, today is the 10th of December and no update at all. I sent them an e-mail, but I am upset because I have to wait 2 to 5 days to hear back from them. I called the number they have for their customer service and what do you know, NO ONE IS AVAILABLE! They took the money out really FAST, but the item I ordered is still PENDING. I had ordered from bigger name brands and they are quick to send me a confirmation and quick in shipping the items I ordered. I will make sure to update this review once Ii hear from them or not.

Lovely products. I can't speak to the customer service as I've never needed it.
