Real Estate Express open the courses. But they don't know what the course used for. My reading told me that they don't know what they doing.

Zero stars! I was about 95% done w/ their 45-hour post-license course—after spending all those hours, I got stuck on one page, cause their video clip WOULD NOT PLAY. Then, I spent additional time and numerous emails, trying to resolve, so I could finish the stupid course. Horrible customer service. No resolution. Tried to send email to get my money back—they claim to have a 100% guarantee—the email got returned as undeliverable! Do yourself a favor. Avoid this trash school/website!

I enrolled in a weekend Livestream course with enrollment specialist, Marvin that was scheduled for 3/5/22 to 4/3/22 from 9 am-3 pm. The portal does not allow you to access the Livestream prior to the start date. On 3/5/22, I logged into the portal, clicked on Livestream and could not gain access. It asked for web session key, which I was not given. I tried to reach tech support, which did not open until 10:30 a.m. (mind you, their literature indicates students must attend the entire class). Finally, at 10:32 I spoke with Lewis in tech support who stated that he had 5 other agents with callers having the same issue and he will call me back once he had additional info. (I am still waiting for his call on 3/8). If you are offering classes at 9:00 a.m. why wouldn't you have support available at 9:00 a.m.? From 3/5 to 3/8, I left voicemail messages for Marvin detailing the issue and requesting a callback. I am still waiting for his call as well. I made another attempt on 3/7, speaking with Lisa, who had no clue what was going on and promised a call back within 24 hours once she received a response from the Livestream team. Again, I am waiting for a callback. Moments ago, I spoke with Isaac who's about the most competent person I have encountered with REE, advised me that class I was enrolled in was canceled due to low attendance. My question was, did they not know the number of enrollees on 3/4/22 (before the class was scheduled to begin)? I prefer to have an instructor-led class rather than watching videos, which was a strong reason that I selected RRE. However, if they cannot organize the class how do you trust the content and educators? How are they still in business and an acceptable institution for education with DPOR?

Just don't... You will end up investing so much time and effort for a course that first of all is not even thorough enough for you to pass the real estate exam. These people purposely design it so you run out of time and have to keep paying to keep access to the information. If that's not bad enough half the time the site freezes and cant move on to the next questions. Please save yourself the time and energy I wasted on this; you'll just get burnt out and lose hope. To the people who created this site, thanks for nothing. You ruined peoples chance in achieving financial freedom that they worked for while you sit around collecting money you greedy schmucks.

I'm taking the initial real estate licensing course right now and I'm about 10 lessons into the 90 hour course. I am a real estate investor and own commercial property and might do some sales someday. Although I have bought and sold about 15 houses and have 3 investment properties and years of investing experience, I still feel that this course is very worthwhile of both my time and money. I've learned a lot so far and feel that this information will be useful to me as an investor as well as if I ever work as an agent.
