Issues: not receiving order placed emails despite money leaving account and having to call multiple times for this. 2. Faults defects and generally poor quality for price 3. Nightmarish customer service wasting customers times 4. Their chosen delivery is just laughable having to go and collect order in the rain multiple times due to idi**s not pressing the bell. Needless to say Ure better off shopping from selfridges or Asos or any other ones cos these guys are the most stressful retailer I’ve ever encountered. Constantly having technical issues and nothing works. Big shame for an old brand. Sort your act together cos never again after this order. I am literally about to pull my hair out after all the stress from dealing with this company I will not recommend them at all. Take this from someone who loves to shop weekly, customers shop to be happy and reduce stress. This was the opposite. Edit: I had to change the stars from 2 to 4 due to how customer service dealth with my complaint. Some brands don’t really care but I am impressed with the level of care offered by Ralph Lauren and due to this I would consider shopping there in the future.

I went to the Ralph Lauren store located in Pooler, Georgia with my family and I received the absolute best customer service on my way traveling back from Florida. The young lady at store 237 Cayla Priester was beyond a great salesperson, but a beautiful spirit and a lovely smile as well. Me as well as my family would like to thank her for her politeness and she also gave great advice. My nephew loved her and said she deserves this review because you don't meet people who are genuinely nice and shows respect and love for the place she works and the people she helps. Thanks again Cayla, your beautiful smile and personality will always be remembered.

Also ich kann mich den Vorrednern nicht anschließen. Ich habe zwischen den Feiertagen bestellt und es war am 31.12 schon da. Meine Retoure ist auch kein Problem, ich konnte auf der Website ausfüllen was ich zurückschicke und habe direkt ein Label per Mail bekommen. Dieses ist sogar komplett bezahlt inkl. Abholservice UPS. Ich musste nur auf der UPS Seite den Termin festlegen und dann wird das Paket bei mir zu Hause abgeholt. Für mich ein rundum gelungenes Kauferlebnis.
