Read some concerning reviews after purchase so was worried. Contacted the company when order wasn't sent on time, it took some emailing back and forth but eventually the earrings arrived 2c weeks after the order was made. It's not 3-5 days but not the end of the world either! Good quality, I'm pleased in the end.

I'm quite new to Rachel Galley and I decided to purchase after seeing the advert for the Molto Kiss range. I ordered the Kiss pendant, a chain and matching earrings in rose gold first. Arrived very quickly and absolutely gorgeous boxes and presentation. This jewellery is lovely and very good quality. I'm not sure why others have said otherwise but I personally cannot fault the quality and I am VERY picky when it comes to my expectations! I was so thrilled that I later ordered the rose gold Molto Kiss bracelet and the ring too. Both also perfect and have become firm favourites I have worn regularly. Owing to my obsession with jewellery, I don't have any pieces I wear all the time as I do like to change it up regularly. I decided I'd like to purchase the Molto Kiss range in silver also but unfortunately it's sold out. I'm checking daily but so far it's not been restocked. I really hope this comes back in soon as I want to buy all the items like I did with the rose gold. In the meantime, I've purchased the Molto Heart pendant and chain in silver and the matching Molto Heart ring. These arrived today and are also beautiful. The chains and pendants have a good weight to them and feel quality. My one criticism of the site is that it doesn't seem very intuitive when purchasing chains with pendants, for example. Many pendants don't actually come with a chain so you're expected to buy that as a separate item. This is fine with me but when I selected the rose gold Kiss pendant, I was prompted to select a chain from the drop down menu. The only available chain was a yellow gold one. However, when I went searching for separate chains, I was able to find a rose gold belcher chain which was a perfect match with the pendant. Yet this isn't offered as an option when you buy the pendant. Things like this are what will discourage buyers as lots of people will just assume there is no matching chain available and just not buy at all. So there are definite improvements needed there just to make the shopping experience easier. And please bring back out of stock items soon!
