I used their service and majority of what I needed was on their website. Their customer service was great and they were very helpful.

They were very nice about giving me a full refund even with their policy when I accidentally chose the wrong plan.

The customer service was amazing and I was able to get a refund on my subscription. I had cancelled it, but there was some type of error and I was charged anyway. The customer service team did everything they could to help me with such patience and kindness, and I was issued a full refund.

Helpful customer service team. I accidentally let me subscription renew when I was on leave from study due to a new baby. I contacted them on the day it renewed to explain the mistake and request a reversal. They were kind enough to assist with this. I would give 5 stars, however, the customer service officer originally declined the request. There were extenuating circumstances, so the customer service officer offered to escalate the matter. It was only then the refund was processed. It would be great if their frontline customer service officers had the discretion to offer refunds in the first place. Especially if contact is made without 24 hours of the renewal and the service has clearly not been utilised. That all said, thank you to QuizPlus for reversing the charge. I will continue using the service in future given this experience.
