Just made an online booking for the Norton Park QHotel, Winchester with the help of Anna from the hotel reception, over the phone for ourselves and our two dogs for a night at the end of July 2023. We would like to thank and congratulate Anna for her exceptional customer service. Once booked, Anna tracked the booking through her system and rang me back as promised to confirm all was in order for a room for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Thanks again Anna, from Ian & Helen Wiltshire

The most beautiful place I have ever stayed at with warm and wonderful staff. We had a lovely break and are planning to visit again soon.

So good, I've booked again for 2 weeks time!! Absolutely beautiful building, food and bedrooms. We were in a twin room in new side but not far from the Brasserie, where we had excellent service and food for both dinner and breakfast. Such friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place snd goingvwith my husband for Valentines.

I recently visited the Qhotel Stratford manor in Stratford upon Avon on 22/10/22 as we went into the lobby we were greeted like special people! Felt comfortable and the lobby smelt lovely, we filled in the questionnaire, given the lunch menu, taken through to the spa, we had a delicious lunch, thanks chef! Had the most fantastic massage and felt refreshed after a swim and sauna, cannot thank the staff for the warm welcome! Thanks girls, especially to rally, who looked after us, and kept everywhere spotless roisin, suki, and Helen it was a birthday treat for me, and my daughter came with me! Loved spending the day in the dressing gown!! 100 per cent perfect, best day ever faultless thanks so much xx

I will happily give them 4* for their Chesford Grange Hotel. Clean comfortable rooms, cheerful, very helpful staff and good food. However, the Spa does not merit more than 1*. It is a rip-off. Way back in the middle of March 2022 I tried to book online but could not, so I did it over the phone. I was quoted £49 for a manicure and £49 for a pedicure. I could not pay at the time of booking because they were not set up for taking telephone payments. This is an excellent move on their part because when I arrived for my appointments on 6 May I was charged the new price of £75 for each. On complaining the reply was, "It is your responsibility to check the website for charges". It was also crafty of them not to send me a confirmatory email, so I do not have any proof of what I was quoted, but a check of their charges at the time would confirm it. A decent less grasping company would happily honour the price quoted. It is not the customer's fault they are inefficient with their payments methods. Three days after I posted this a reply on another site said they would bring the pricing matter to the attention of the relevant departmnt. No mention of a refund.
