Print Globe and Susan, their sales representative, went above and beyond to make my request possible. I asked for something that seemed impossible, and Susan offered solutions. She was flexible and creative in getting me what I needed, and I am extremely grateful to her and Print Globe for their amazing service. Above all, I was treated like I was the biggest customer they had, even though it was a smaller job and I was a first-time customer. Coasters came out great. Proofer warned me I had submitted medium-resolution artwork (Hi-rez artwork was stuck in my graphics designers outbox!) I provided some instructions about my artwork and they were followed exactly.

The first printing of this order was not correct. Portions of the print area were missing on the design. PrintGlobe immediately took ownership of the issue, corrected the issue, reprinted and reshipped within 4 days! Thank you for your fantastic customer support!
