Potbelly Sandwich Shop – Coupons, Promo Codes & Special Offers (2)

My daughter was @ a volleyball tournament with her daughters in Wisconsin. She ordered Potbelly chicken salad & delivery from GrubHub. While eating the salad she chipped her tooth & vomited up a large staple IN HER FOOD! The staple also caused some minor bleeding. Since she was away from home, she forwarded me the pictures of the staple in the food, & a copy of her receipt where she purchased the food from. I lodged complaint w/ Pot Belly corp. & the FDA. In both complaints I sent the pictures of the food w/ the staple in it!!! All done 2/12/23. Today is 2/21/23 & no response from the corporate office &/or FDA. In my opinion, this is IGNORANCE on part of the CEO & the corporate office.

I have to say the location in Wilmington, NC has to have some of the best staff in town. No matter how long I take to order or how many questions I ask they are always there with a GENUINE smile on their face and an answer to my question. If the person I ask isn't sure of the answer they do not mind going to find out or to get someone who does know the answer to come talk with me. Every sandwich I have tried has been from an employee recommendation and I have yet to be let down. I highly recommend everyone to try it at least once. YOU WON'T REGRET IT (unless you forget to grab yourself something to take home and eat later) I have found my favorite place to eat!!! Thanks Guys/Gals at the wilmington location
