I successfully did everything required to withdraw my $150. It even said approved next to it. After the week wait time passed and I was still waiting on my withdrawal. I messaged customer support. Who informed me that because I opened a email promo they sent me during the week I was waiting. That my money is now gone. Apparently they email you promos during your wait time for withdrawal. They don’t say this in the email but you can only withdraw or redeem a promo once per deposit. If you are waiting on a withdrawal and redeem a promo before you deposit more money. The money you are waiting to be withdrawn will disappear. Apparently it saying that it’s approved. Is only saying that the computer system approved it. It still needed to get approved by staff.

Planet 7 could be a good site. COULD BE is the key here. Everything will go smooth till you go to cash out. $900 is nothing in comparison to what i have deposited. I requested it on the 30th. It wasn't approved until the 11th and it is now the 21st and still nothing. After talking to customer service (which is pointless) they said this is there normal turn time. And apparently it still has to be sent to the payment processing department who then has no time frame when i will get it. Mind you this is bitcoin we are talking about.
