I’ve made two purchases and ordered 8 contacts. Each pair lives up to its hype and comes with the cutest pair of contact cases. I am obsessed with them all! Not only are their contacts comfortable and high quality, but their customer service team is top tier. One of the contacts arrived defective, so I informed the team with proof. They responded kindly, quickly and efficiently.

Pinky Paradise products have always been world class, the best among the rest and always comfortable to wear. With proper care and hygiene, I've been ordering my 17mm Black sclera contact lenses for about 3 years now and never had any eye infections or problem! The delivery system (I usually use DHL or UPS Express shipping) also does a pretty good job in handling and shipping my orders right on time, no broken parts/items and no missing items. This is my first time ordering from them and I was surprised with how beautiful and affordable their selection of contacts are. Their service team is super quick with their responses too. I had some problems when it came to ordering my contacts and when I emailed about it they responded only a few minutes later. They guaranteed quick and easy service with no problems. I’m definitely ordering from them again!

My intial order (~$160CAD) was unfortunately all damaged due to negligence from the delivery carrier. The glass vials were shattered and the solutions completely drenched the package. I contacted Support on Feb 5 as soon as I received the package, they got back to me with an incident form on Feb 7 because they had a holiday that week. By Feb 9, they were able to confirm the information and ship out my order again. I received it safely on Feb 14 just in time for Valentine's. I'm very happy with the response time and customer support!
