DPD failed to notify myself & supplier of a delay in delivery (several days!!) However on e-mailing Pikt they immediately responded and apologised on behalf of DPD and have refunded payment. Which I really appreciate

The service was great but the packaging seems really over the top. Great that it's plastic free but my products still came in a massive box with loads of wasted space filled up with these inflated paper fillers - this must waste a lot of space in your delivery vans and bump up the emissions.
