Let me start by saying that I’m not one to write reviews. But I had to write one for this company. Their customer support is amazing. They are quick, efficient and so polite. In my experience that is not something you find often now days. I would recommend the company to anyone.

On August 11, I placed an order with Pet Expertise. Unfortunately, as can happen to any company, the order got lost in the shuffle. On August 24, I contacted Customer Service to see what was going on with my order. Within a few hours I received a response and within less than 24 hours I received my order. Problem stated; problem acknowledged; problem solved. Excellent customer service. Plus, the item I ordered - a Tru-Fit dog harness - appears to be very sturdily made and therefore able to keep 70 pounds of muscle and determination safe in the car.
