This office is just an organized theft... I never get a car that I paid for... also they never gave my money back! A shame that an international brand like this one continue playing that game... Don't give them your money!

Don't....just don't I remember when Payless was THEE go-to shoe store in any mall or shopping plaza. You bought decent quality shoes on a budget, and they lasted many years. NOT TODAY. They went bankrupt a few years bac and are now 'revamping' for 2021. But I should have known better when I visited the website for pair of dress shoes. Most of the options were terrible quality, including the house slippers. Like something you'd find in the free bin, at a garage sale. I ordered a pair of taupe booties (low heel dress boots) in a size 6M and found it strange that there was no invoice or return shipping anywhere in the box. The shoes fit okay, but the heel did not. It easily slipped in out and around the very wide opening which was hugely disappointing as they are aesthetically pleasing, but not quality. And returns are NOT FREE, but charge up to $7. So if you paid $18 for your shoes, you may as well cough the loss.

Payless Shoes back in the day used to be a decent place to shop. Now of course with everything online; I stupidly decided to buy one pair of shoes for a Memorial Day sale they were having. Long story short, they use FedEx Smart Post for shipping.. ugh. I ordered the shoes on May 31st, were supposedly shipped on June 1st.. here it is Thur. June 10th& NO Shoes!! It's not like I spent alot of money, but it's the principle behind it. Their customer service is awful !! I called FedEx many times & then decided to contact Payless to let them know they gonna lose yet another customer!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered around 15 shoes online in November. I got the confirmation email. A month later I emailed to check the status. Apparently the order never went through and by this point the shoes I wanted were out of stock. CS told me to order the shoes that were in stock and they would match the sale price from November. Only 1 out of the 15 were in stock and so they could only match one of them. I ordered other shoes thinking they could give me the sale price but they couldn't and I tried canceling within 5 minutes of ordering. They couldn't cancel it and told me to return the shoes once they arrived. Now I have to pay shipping to return the box. Customer service sucks and they're a mess.
