Paradise Fibers – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

People have complained about rigid heddle orders. However some of the problem is that Ashford products have to come via Ashford. So yes it took about a month to get my rigid heddle reeds but that was hardly the fault of Paradise Fibers. And when there was an error it was taken care of immediately. It's important to remember things happen and Paradise Fibers is a responsive retailer and in my case worked to fix problems that came up. Last thing. I'm very fond of Ashford products but one needs to be a bit patient when ordering items.

I've always had customer service that goes above and beyond here. If they make a mistake, they don't haggle with me about it, they resolve it quickly, politely, and, quite frankly, better than any other customer service rep I've spoken to (bar none! and I've spoken to *many* good reps). For example: I placed an order on 8/8, I received the wrong yarn today (8/10). I contacted them over chat, the customer service rep immediately apologized, and shipped out my correct order today via priority mail.

Not many companies out there will go the extra mile to help the customer have a good shopping experience, but Paradise Fibers does! They seem to try harder than anyone else out there and that means a lot to me. Thank you, Paradise Fibers! Thank you for being among the best for a source of yarn, knitting and spinning tools and supplies, and all things fiber!!!

paradise fibers customer service is amazing. i called them about my last order and my concern about the colors of a yarn i liked. computer images of color don't often show the shades well. the man who answered the phone actually compared different skeins of the same yarn and described the various colors to me. i picked one skein and was delighted with my purchase. the shipping cost was minimal - a big plus! thank you for your great customer service, discounts, and low shipping costs!!!
