Paperchase stationery and gifts have always been unique and exceptional, from your little gem on Paddington Station to your flagship store on the Tottenham Court Road you will be missed, as will your conscientious, dedicated staff, good luck for the future.

Easy to order online. The sale discount was made up by the cost of postage, but I guess that's the way things are. Delivery wasn't the fastest, but the products arrived securely and well packed, and I was notified when delivery was due. The product are very useful and just as I'd hoped.

I paid for several items from the website. The confirmation came through by email and payment was taken. However, when I received my order there was an item missing which was important to me. I waited a couple of days to see if would arrive. When it did not I contacted Customer Services and asked for a refund, because he item was for Valentines Day, which was long gone by this time. I received a full refund and an apology by email with an explanation. I will continue to use Paperchase as this matter was sorted out quickly .
