I am calling them for 5 days in a row but they are not giving any information about my shipment. It was guarantied delivery in 7 days but I got nothing. When I call them they are just saying "you picked the cheapest shipping what are you expecting?". It is a fraud, they are not shipping items properly and playing with shipping details with their shipper. I also will make a lawsuit for that clown company. This is just a scam.

The absolute worst customer service, I was hung up on. Rio Grande has the best customer service and products. The website is so dated and frustrating to choose options. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I have always gotten superior customer service and products from this company. So much so, I very rarely purchase silversmithing and lapidary supplies from another vendor. Highly recommend Otto Frei!
