Excellent Customer Service at Pasadena location Just wanted to say that all these negative reviewers are tripping. I had an excellent experience dealing with the Orvis team at the Pasadena location. My jacket purchased was too big, and they exchanged it no questions asked. Super easy and now I have the right sizing for my Barbour jacket.

I purchased the Trout and Frog Animal Squeaky Toys for my two small dogs (mini size). I also have two large and one medium-sized Australian Shepherds that love to tear the stuffing and the squeaker out as soon as they get a new toy. Well, these toys can co-exist with all five dogs! They have yet to pull out the stuffing or the squeaker and I've had them for 10 days now. It's a new household favourite and I will definitely be purchasing more from Orvis.

I purchased a pair of wading boots in 2013. In 2021, after limited use, the sole came completely off the right boot. I contacted Orvis and asked if they could do anything, given the age of the boots. They sent me a mailing slip and I sent the boots off, expecting a coupon or something in return. Instead I received a check for the full amount of my purchase. Not many companies would have handled my situation so expeditiously and generously. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Orvis and plan to be a customer for a long time.

For Fly Fishing I find their accessories to be of a consistent high quality. The tradition behind them is reassuring but their style has kept right up to date. Speedy delivery during lockdown 🎣 .

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews posted on this site for Orvis. I recently dealt with them on a repair that I needed done for a tip of one of their fly rods and they treated my case very well. My rod was a gift I had received a long time ago and they did not hassle me about finding original receipts or paperwork, which I surely did not have anyway. They were professional, kept in touch with me via email and charged what I thought was a very fair price. I could tell by working with them that they actually care about the quality of their product and want to make life-long customers out of the purchasers of their rods, which they surely have done with me.
