Orchard Mile – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I had a horrible experience after purchasing an item that was over $1000. It has been almost two months and I still have not received my refund. Every time I email they blame it on someone else. I DO NOT recommend this store.

Awful!! Do NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They will wait 30 BUSINESS days, possibly more to refund you!! If you get a refund at all! Never again will I purchase anything from Orchard MiLE! I hope this helps others also choose not to buy! Not worth it! They don’t care, they will make you wait for your refund. They will lie and say they are speeding it up for you but they are just full of it!! BEWARE!!!!! Consulting BBB next

Really cheap products compared to other stores.!!!

8 days after I placed an order from them I still had not received my item. I called several times on the phone number they provided and no one answered. I then emailed them and finally got through to someone who told me my package was shipped. All in all it took like 3 weeks to get my package. I then wanted to return the shoes as they were too big. I sent them back and the manufacturer took about 30 calendar days to refund me the money. From initially ordering and getting a refund it was 2 months. I will never buy from them again.
