Ooze cleaning kit is the best pipe cleaning substance on the market. I've tried hundreds of of other products and nothing compares to this, several uses an already it's adding up to be worth the price. Best part is it's reusable an it keeps cleaning after several uses.

Like a few others have mention I also had issues with the newest product the DUPLEX2. But Luckily a Customer Service Agent named Valene A :)!!! Who went above & beyond 2 this completely fix my issue!! They have an amazing staff dedicated to realistically fix whatever the issue may be. You just actually have to tell contact them

Their customer service is as incredible as their products. They do their absolute best if you have any warranty issues.. more businesses need to be ran the way they do...thank you ooze
