UPDATE: 29/7/24 They gave me half my money back and i found out why it wasnt starting. I didnt have the red magnet. Its working fine now. 😬 Sorry Oncross. Where do I start 🤔 Purchased Treadmill. It arrived with no instructions. When I plugged it in, it showed E7 monitor which I was advised by a friend that it was something to do with the wires. Having no clue. I emailed them and threatened them with Trading Standards. They offered me discounts and I eventually accepted half my money back as got fed up. Customer Service was the only thing I thought was good. They always answered my emails. Sadly that was the only positive thing about the company.

Worried about the reviews. However my experience has been really good. Purchased a treadmill and it came within 4 days after placing the order. Works perfectly fine even though the piece you use to adjust the screen display was broken which wasn’t a deal breaker. Over all very satisfied and would recommend

Needed a water based rowing machine and having looked around the prices ranges from £400 upwards. Came across this company who had a water rower for £199 (£160 with a discount). Checking out their reviews I saw a lot of one stars for a treadmill but thought at that price what the hell. so glad we took the risk. The delivery was free and was with us in 2 days. Product exactly as advertised and easy to put together. Cant comment on treadmills but if looking for a rower then this is the place to go. Only problem is that I have no excuse to not to exercise now!

Website easy to use, good prices and promo code emailed over within seconds. The treadmill arrived within the specified delivery dates and is easy to assemble and everything present and correct. My only criticism is the belt, slipping all the time even when its been adjusted, still trying to get it to remain in one piece before contacting service as the instructions not very clear - may be needs more than just an allan key
