I have been buying Okabashi for over 30 years. Torino style is my favorite for outdoors and love them due to the wonderful deep radius my heel was sitting in. Now we come to the part that I don't like....... the deep radius got redesigned and now the heel is flatter, thicker and heavy. I purchased some of them just to try it and they are very uncomfortable..... my heel hurts. So I am sending back my old shoes for recycling and I will include some of the newer style shoes that I will not wear. Please go back to the old style heal (deep radius) because I like to buy them again........Thank you for understanding..... yours Pavel
Paid $89 and never received the product I ordered.
I got my first pair of Oka-B flats earlier this year. Shipping was prompt. I'm done wearing any other flats. These are just more comfortable, durable, washable, and sustainable. Made in the USA. I like the huge range of colors they come in.
I truly love my flip flops Ibought them at CVS (LONGS) in Pearl City, Hawaii I bought them because my heels were hurting I've had them for 9 months u nfortunately they just broke The part between the toes broke. I'm 65 years old, and I'm of Mormon Faith. I had the receipt until my husband threw it away while cleaning. I do have the plastic piece they hung on. Can you please replace them?
