OBSBOT – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have bought a new USB-camera (Tiny2) but when it was shipped via FedEx, the package never arrived. Opened a Case with FedEx, but they do reply at all. Also asked OBSBot if they (as a sender) can get extra information on the delivery. OBSBot also opened a case with FedEx and in parallel sent me a new camera. Before FedEx has responded, I have received the new camera. The camera works really well and the service of OBSBot to resolve the issue is outstanding. Will buy again.

I have bought many products from amazon in the US and the UK, and normally they work fine. However, one tiny cam soon after purchasing and was in warranty stopped working. It stopped rotating or panning although the lights indicated it was tracking my person it failed to do so. I was dealing with Tessa, and I understand she is based in HK. Although courteous after jumping through many hoops over the course of 5-6 months, providing videos, pictures, once I left the country (camera is in a different location) -- they then wanted me to return the camera or they would not give a replacement. I have now decided to invest my monies in Owl products. Most disappointed. Regards

Unfortunately the company Remo Tech Co., Ltd. (which stands behind OBSBOT) is not able to get their app that comes with their flagship product OBSBOT TinyCam 4K fixed to run with current version of Windows 11. This degrades the expensive PTZ camera to a non PTZ webcam which you normally pay 10 times less for than for the 4K OBSBOT TinyCam 4K. Their support initially answered fast but seems not to understand precise customer descriptions/issues.

Updated to the latest software and the camera is now rendered useless. don't purchase until they have fixed it.
