*Update* After my one-star review and the answer to it, an email was sent to me stating that both refunds have been made. I really appreciate it, although it would be much better if it had been done in time. Anyway, thank you. ************ My flight with NusaTrip booking code ZF48RZ, and details Kupang (KOE)-Jakarta (CGK) - Departure Date Fri, 15 Mar - 06:40 was cancelled by the airline Citilink. After my request, that same day Nusatrip accepted to refund my ticket. More than 90 days have already gone since then and I am still waiting for my refund.
