I bought a jumper dress and an oversized jumper. Both items are so so soft and warm. I went straight back online and ordered another dress! I know what I’ll be wearing the most this winter!

I recently ordered three NC dresses; one in a size 8 and the other two in a size 10 (weirdly, the 8 was much bigger than the 10s!) I decided to keep one dress and return the other two - and I've given four stars because the returns process is excellent. Free, simple, and informative, with my refund arriving exactly when I was told it would be. So while I found the sizing (and quality) of the different dresses erratic, I feel confident ordering again because I know I could easily return anything that isn't right.

Love the styles and affordability of the range at NC. I have three sisters who are all into fashion, (all try to impress each other 😂) & they always ask where I’ve got my clothes from, (which is a huge compliment from a tough crowd!) I had an issue with one garment and Matthew at customer service was fantastic. Responded quickly and offered a full refund with free return postage. So happy to have found such an awesome clothing company and can shop with confidence.
