I’m happy I’ve finally found a great jewelry shop online since it’s been very hit and miss for me until now. You can tell these pieces are really up to standard. As for customer service they're one of the best I have experienced. On one order a ring was out of stock and I could pick a new ring to replace it with. I was also looking for another specific ring which wasn't available on the site. The CEO told me he still had one in the store and sent me a personal link so I could buy it. Amazing customer service.

I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Nialaya. Always high quality and standout designs. There has only been one time when the product (a custom design) did not match my expectations but I received the best help from their CEO Jannik. He made sure I got a replacement (for free) and it all ended up just perfect. I will definitely buy more Nialaya jewelry in the future.
