NETGEAR – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

My Nighthawk Router Modem Combo stopped working, so I called Netgear Support. The agent told me that if she was able to successfully get the unit working, I would be charged for a service plan ($139.99) but that I would NOT be charged if it was not operational while on the call. She charged my credit card before hanging up, saying it was going to work as soon as it finished re-booting. It did not. The unit was dead after less than two years. I called back and requested a refund. The associate said he would process it but it might take several days to appear on my credit card statement. After two weeks, I called back and explained the situation. Netgear is refusing the refund. They lied and defrauded me out of $139.99 Please don't support this company!

Do not use this company if in UK as they tell you they have sent give you tracking number that does not exist and then say they are no longer responsible its up to you to sort it out with dpd how they will not tell me anything as I did not send it

I was really struggling to understand some of the terminology and the different technology while trying to adapt under restrictions of Covid-19 - moving the business to an annex at the house, the children on their iPads and my wife on a Netflix binge and with 4 mobiles all at home at the same time, the bandwidth and coverage was all putting a strain on my 2010 kit. I googled for days picking up bits'n'pieces here and there but then came across an opportunity to ask a question on a Netgear technician. I filled the form in, and within 10mins, I received a call from Joe Goodyer. He answered all my questions in plain, simple English and then emailed me the answers with links to different items we had discussed. We have since corresponded on 3 different occasions and each time Joe has come back with simple answers, an explanation and maybe 2 or 3 options.I can not praise him and Netgear enough. The only down side, to date, Netgear have had over £1500.00 from me (Don't tell my wife :))

I bought NETGEAR R9000 Speed is just amazing I've had a gaming party at my house and 20 blokes connected to play LOL and it was fine!!!! Ping was only around 60.

Netgear laver nogle fede produkter og jeg har efterhånden købt en del. Jeg har aldrig haft de store problemer med nogen af dem, så ejg vil fortsætte med at kigge på deres vej når produkter skal anskaffes og de har muligheder.
