MacCleaner – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I'm very surprised this program is not at the top of the search results for duplicate file management for macs. Its flexible and versatile. Presents its findings in a manner allowing direct informed action. Can't think of a serious downside to this applocation. Customer support is personal and on issue and response times are in hours. No chat AI that never seems to get it in the customer service portals in many apps.

Bought a new M4 and transfered Mac Cleaner Pro over to it. But ran into licensing activation confirmation problems. Quick response and a few email exchanges with Yuri Varbanets got everything working. Nice to see a company actually has customer support that works.

Just in these days I had the opportunity to contact Nektony Support to have some information and/or explanations on their App Cleaner & Uninstaller regarding the list of the so-called “Remaining Files”. The contact with Support, via email, was not limited to a single message, but there was a continuous exchange of messages always to better understand the functioning of the “Remaining Files”. This mutual exchange of information/explanations gave me the opportunity to know more deeply the professionalism, but also the kindness shown by the Technical Support staff because, on several occasions, I was able to see that their Developers intervened, always with patience and tenacity, to resolve my doubt or question proposed on the functioning of the “Remaining Files”. In conclusion I can express my greatest thanks for the work done by the “magnificent” Nektony Developers! I forgot: Nektony's App Cleaner & Uninstaller has been used by me for several years now when I need to remove from my Mac, with maximum security, any application that is no longer of interest.

I’ve been a Nektony customer for years. Can’t say one bad thing about them as there hasn’t been anything I’ve experienced that was negative in anyway. The products work great and the tech support is remarkable. Replies to inquiries well within the 24 hr mark and always a positive outcome. Hard to find any service level providers in this world today that will provide that. I am one happy customer as the saying goes.
